New Student Registration

Join Our Community of Learners

  1. Enrollment Form & Waivers,

    Begin by filling out the Enrollment Form. This form will give us all of the important information we need to get you set up for success on our end. It also contains important waivers for you to review and sign.

  2. Virtual Meeting/Tour

    Once we receive your completed Enrollment Form, we will schedule a virtual call (when not in session) and/or an in-person tour of our school (when in session). This step gives us an opportunity to connect with you and your student(s), answer any questions that you have, and ultimately give you all of the information to set you up for success.

  3. Registration Form

    After we have had the opportunity to meet face-to-face and ensure that our program aligns with your students’ needs, we will send you our Registration Form. This is where you will choose classes for your student(s) and decide on a tuition payment option.

  4. Invoice & Registration 

    Once your student has been registered, you will receive an invoice for:

    – Registration/Supply Fee 

    – Tuition (billed the first day of the first month of the semester and due no later than the fifth day of that month)

*Ensure you are all set up in your parent portal through Procare, upload pictures of you and your students so we can put names to faces right away, and make sure all information is complete, correct, and up-to-date. Registration is complete!

Pricing

Registration/Supply Fee (Per Semester) = $100
Tuition (Per Semester)

The cost of tuition is less than $15 per class!

  • 3-Day Registration = $1800.00 or $450.00/month @ $9.38/class

  • 2-Day Registration = $1450.00 or $362.50/month  @ $11.33/class

  • Single Day Registration = $900.00 or $225.00/month @ $14.06/class

After School Clubs (Per Semester) 
  • 3-Day Registration = $300 or $75/month

  • 2-Day Registration = $200 or $50/month

  • Single Day Registration = $100 or $25/month

Payment Options

Full Tuition Payment
  • Full tuition payments are billed on the first day of the first month of the semester and due by the fifth of that month
  • Fall tuition payments will be billed August 1 and due no later than August 5
  • Spring tuition payments will be billed January 1 and due no later than January 5

Monthly Payments
  • Monthly payments are billed on the first day of the first four months of the semester and are due by the fifth day of each month
  • Fall tuition payments are billed on August 1, September 1, October 1, and November 1, all due no later than the fifth each month
  • Spring tuition payments are billed on January 1, February 1, March 1, and April 1, all due no later than the fifth each month
