In our Lower Elementary classes, students develop skills in self-expression and formative understanding and application of social, emotional, and early academic concepts.
Adhering to the Whole Child Philosophy, Early Elementary students will have opportunities to nurture not only their mind but their emotional and social well being. Each day will consist of a mindfulness and self-expression class, to develop their abilities of reflection and communication. A STEM class, to engage their curiosities of how things work. A physical activity/game class to strengthen fine and gross motor skills and teamwork. And an art and creativity class, to inspire out of the box thinking and imagination. Class themes change bi-weekly, offering eight areas of study throughout the semester.
